Profile

Before joining PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM, I had worked for 4 years in a Vietnamese startup company working mostly with comics.
My responsibility was to maintain and improve the company’s CMS system. I worked as a fullstack developer in the first 2 years, then I focused on the backend side.
My technical stacks was: NodeJS, React, AWS, SQL, Redis, etc

I joined the company on March 1st 2023. I am a member of the Backend team.

―What kind of image do you have for PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM before joining in?

I imagined PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM to be young because it was just established about half a year before I joined. But I also believed that PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM would have very clear processes, which I want to have the opportunity to experience.

Detailed documents for everything, which helps me a lot in the onboarding time and also actual working time.
Everyone looks at each other, willing to support whenever in need.
