Profile

4 years after I graduated, I was in charge of a PHP full-stack developer for inhouse project of the company, from requirements definition to analyzing, developing, testing, operation and maintenance. After that I took a chance with React.js with 2 years experience before joining PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM as a Frontend developer.

Join the company on 1st November 2022 and will be mainly in charge of development as a Frontend engineer.

I think PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM is just a new established company so many processes are still not clear and everything will be started from the beginning.

―入社後、イメージの変化はありましたか？

―What is your impression of the company after joining?

＜良いギャップ＞ Good thing

The training when joining the company is very close to the actual work so we can start the project immediately after the training time was finished without any surprised.
Many documents so we can find any technical guideline, workflow and solution anytime.
