Profile
After I graduated, I worked for a Japanese outsourcing company for 5 years. My main job was bridging between Japanese clients and Vietnamese engineers, translating IT specs/requirements, managing project development progress and quality control before delivering to clients.
During the past 5 years, I have experienced in web system development project, mobile application as different types of roles: IT communicator, Business Analytics, Project Leader and team Leader.

I have joined PESOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM on December 1,2022 as a Bridge System Engineer, responsible for communicating closely with Japanese team to clarify and prepare requirement contents. Translate, analyze requirements and transfer to the development team during the whole development process. Monitoring and controlling project ‘s progress.

―What is your impression of the company after joining?
＜良いギャップ＞ Good thing
- Applying WFH.
- Comfortable working environment, friendly boss and colleagues.
＜驚いたギャップ＞ Surprised thing
- Too many documents and management tools
- High security, so I can not access to company management tools without company network.

―What would you like to try in PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM?
