―入社年月と業務内容を教えてください。
―When did you join PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM? and what is your role in the company?
Joined this company in June 2023 as a backend leader. My day to day responsibilities include communication with BSEs, effectively leading the team to work on company projects, also helping team members grow via training/exercises, to aid them achieving new heights in their careers.

―What kind of image do you have for PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM before joining in?
I thought PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM is a small offshore center in Viet Nam, building HR softwares for the parent company in Japan.
―入社後、イメージの変化はありましたか？
―What is your impression of the company after joining?
＜良いギャップ＞ Good thing
- Clearly defined processes and documents.
- Very open and friendly working environment.
- Nice office in the 18th floor of company building.
- Using various modern technologies to develop products.
＜驚いたギャップ＞ Surprised thing
- PERSOL Group is even bigger than I thought it was.
- Data & information security are carefully handled.

- What would you like to try in PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM?
I want to build an effective and smooth team with respect among members. Then ace every project my team is going to work on. Learn some Japanese along the way to support my work. And push myself to go beyond my current capabilities to discover new things.
