Profile
I'm a web developer with 8 years exp and responsible for Frontend. After I graduated in 2013, I got my first job as junior Frontend (mainly working with HTML, CSS and Jquery).
Then I was interested in Frontend Frameworks. I was focusing on React, Typescript and Angular until now.
―入社年月と業務内容を教えてください。
―When did you join PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM? and what is your role in the company?
I joined “PCT※ Family” in April 2023. Luck, as Frontend Leader I am in charge of managing a Friendly Team.
※PCT is a nickname among employees.
―PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAMに「入社前」はどのような会社だとイメージしていましたか？
―What kind of image do you have for PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM before joining in?
I thought PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM was a minisize company like other companies that I have joined. I was quite curious since I saw many beautiful social media posts and my old colleagues also invited me to visit our company.
―入社後、イメージの変化はありましたか？
―What is your impression of the company after joining?
＜良いギャップ＞ Good thing

I had a very friendly welcome, so my onboarding day went very smoothly.

The working hours are very flexible and offices are very convenient for working.

Company location is nice so no need to worry about traffic jams.
＜驚いたギャップ＞ Surprised thing

PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM is not a “minisize company” as I imagined.

My boss is very friendly.

Kitchen room has table-soccer so team members can “relax” after working days.
