vol.139 is about Vinh, who has joined PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM and an experience to work in a Japanese startup company. Please take a look at his interview report.

Profile
When I graduated, I worked for a Japanese startup company in the IT industry. At that time, my main responsibility was to translate and transmit requirements to the development team, as a bridge between Japan and Viet Nam to resolve any issues if needed.
After that, I worked at a real estate company for 5 years. I managed projects that related to real estate such as the Bukken management system and the customer management system. At the moment, I experienced multiple roles of IT communicator, Bridge System Engineer and team leader.

―When did you join PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM? and what is your role in the company?
I have joined PERSOL CAREER TECH STUDIO VIETNAM at the first of November 2022 and planned to manage a development team of the VietNam side as a Bridge System Engineer. I am going to handle analysis of requirements that are transmitted to the development team. And in charge of resolving issues and ensuring quality before releasing.

―What is your impression of the company after joining?
